Part Time SPA Trainer

What we expect from you:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions in professional SPA services such as massage therapy, facials, body treatments, etc
• Design, update, and deliver high-quality training modules aligned with Justlife standards
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to maintain consistent service delivery
• Reinforce hygiene, safety, and client-handling best practices
• Support onboarding and upskilling of field professionals on a flexible part-time schedule

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a professional spa therapist or trainer in a reputed establishment
• Certified in massage therapy and related spa treatments from recognized institutions
• Strong communication and instructional skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to train individuals at varying skill levels in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work part-time, including weekends or evenings if required
