Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized training sessions to members, assisting them in achieving their fitness goals and promoting a healthier lifestyle.
  • Create customized workout and nutrition plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of individual clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their fitness journey.
  • Establish a strong connection and bond with members, fostering a supportive and motivating relationship to enhance their fitness experience.
  • Act as a mental and physical coach, providing guidance and support to members to ensure a positive transformation and overall well-being.
  • Utilize your expertise in human physiology and mindset coaching to educate and inspire members to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of all gym equipment and exercises, guiding members on proper techniques and safety protocols.
  • Expand your network within the club, actively converting members into long-term clients and building a consistent client base month on month.
  • Assist new members in navigating the gym and effectively using all equipment, providing comprehensive orientation and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of personal fitness and wellness, serving as an inspirational example of a healthy lifestyle for all members.
  • Possess or obtain a first aid responder certification, ensuring the ability to handle emergency situations and provide immediate assistance if needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • REPS Level 3 or equivalent certification in personal training and fitness coaching.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of human physiology, physical transformation, mindset coaching, and nutrition, with a focus on promoting holistic wellness.
  • Previous experience in personal training or fitness coaching, with a proven track record of client transformations and success stories.
